Quality Overhead Door is seeking an organized, customer-focused leader to oversee daily office operations, customer experience, scheduling, and administrative functions for our growing company.
This is not a traditional office position. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, improving processes, supporting a team, and helping drive business success. What You'll Do:
As the Operations & Customer Experience Manager, you will serve as the central hub of the business and play a critical role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service while supporting efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming customer inquiries and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Coordinating schedules for service technicians and installation teams.
- Overseeing daily office operations and workflow management.
- Preparing estimates, proposals, and customer communications.
- Managing purchasing, inventory ordering, and vendor relationships.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting business growth through process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Working closely with ownership to help achieve company goals.
- Assisting with reporting, administrative functions, and special projects.
- Helping maintain a positive, professional culture for both customers and team members.
